        Dongguan Zerostart-tool Co., Ltd. is a full-service stamping tooling supplier, specializing in stamping die design, manufacture, aftersale’s service and etcetera, mainly for the automotive industry, household appliances, truck industry, electronic industry  etcetera. The company mainly provides die design, manufacturing, project Management, transportation, homeline support and other services. The tool&die types are: Progressive Die Strip, transfer die, manual die etc. Many years of full range Progressive, Hand and Mechanical Transfer Tooling experience.  Company Design Planning

        Zerostart is fully equipped to build any tooling from small stamping to large progressive and Mechanical Transfer dies. Zerostart applies high-performance processing technology and software to achieve the integration of mold CAD, CAM, and CAE software. Traditional skills are combined with modern technology reverse engineering, three -dimensional physical modeling, and CAE simulation technology, which greatly improves the accuracy of  manufacturing of the tools and efficiency, leadtime. The company's mechanical and hydraulic presses are  capable of supporting die from 160 tons to 1,200 tons, including interchangeable transfer systems.

        Zerostart specializes in Stamping Tools for the Automotive Industry, they include most of the parts for Automotive. Such as Chassis,Exausting System,Sunroof Systems, Seating Components, Structural Frames, Door Systems and Front-End Modules and others.

        As a full-service tool & die company , Zerostart can provide or help customers delivery goods to all over the world, design and manufacture tool according to customers' standards.  The main customers are T1  suppliers of major brands of automobile suppliers, spreading all over the world, from Europe to the Americas. Terminal customer brands such as Mercedes -Benz, BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Land Rover, Nissan and etcetera.
